On February 27, 2018, the City Council directed City staff to implement the recommendations of the City’s Building Appeals Board to promote the second-unit/accessory dwelling compliance program, which ends on March 8, 2019. The City has a 20-page brochure about the program, which can be found by clicking this link. However, staff was directed to create a one-page quick guide to the Second Unity Compliance Program, and make the information available via the City’s website and Facebook page.
