The new American Rescue Plan Act includes a relief fund, which sets aside approximately $28.6 billion for a Small Business Administration (SBA) grant program, that is designed to support the restaurant industry impacted by the pandemic shutdowns. The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHA) will be accepting applications beginning April 6, 2021 through April 19, 2021 for the Public Housing Program from low income households meeting the AHA residency preference (live, work or hired to work in the AHA’s jurisdiction). The AHA’s jurisdiction includes the cities of Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and the unincorporated areas of Ventura County.
