VENTURA, Calif. – The County of Ventura has launched a website dedicated to helping victims of the Thomas Fire in their recovery.
Useful Air Quality Link (AirNow) –
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Park Service, tribal, state, and local agencies developed the AirNow system to provide the public with easy access to national air quality information.
Leaf blowers have been temporarily prohibited, through Sunday December 17, 2017 due to poor air quality and the risk of spreading more ash, smoke and particulates into the air.
