City of Ojai Notice of Reorganization

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a special meeting held on December 15, 2020, the City Council of the City of Ojai reorganized as follows:

Betsy Stix, Mayor

William Weirick, Mayor Pro Tempore

Suza Francina, Council Member

City of Ojai COVID-19 Update for December 18, 2020 – Keep Ojai Safe

Ventura County, like much of the Southern California region, has seen a surge of COVID-19 cases in recent days. Ventura County intensive care unit bed availability has dropped to just 2.2%, The 93023 zip code, which includes the City of Ojai, has also seen an increase, with 66 positive tests reported in the last 14 days. We need your help to keep Ojai safe.  

Here are some simple things you can do to help protect yourself and others:

  • Wash your hands often (with soap and water for at least 20 seconds)
  • Avoid close contact (keep 6 feet of distance from those outside your household)
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a face covering when others are near
  • Cover coughs and sneezes
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily
  • Monitor your health daily,

Free COVID-19 Testing in Ojai Extended through January 25, 2020

The City of Ojai and County of Ventura have announced additional free COVID-19 testing dates in Ojai through January 25, 2020. Testing is to be held at Sarzotti Park, 510 Park Rd. Ojai CA. 93023 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Testing dates are as follows:

 

• Monday, January 4, 2021

• Monday, January 11, 2021

• Monday, January 25, 2021

 

In addition to these dates, COVID testing will be available on Monday, December 21 from 10:00 a.m.
