Reminder: Free COVID-19 Testing Available on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 9:00 am. to 3:00 p.m. at Sarzotti Park.

The County of Ventura and COVID Clinics is offering free COVID-19 testing on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 9:00 am. to 3:00 p.m. at Sarzotti Park, 510 Park Rd. Ojai, CA. 93023. Testing is available to the public, including to those who have the slightest suspicion of having COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with it. You do not need to have health insurance to get tested, however, if you have health insurance, you will be asked you to share that information.

Reminder: City of Ojai Libbey Bowl Fee Waiver Applications Now Available

The 2022 City of Ojai Libbey Bowl fee waiver applications are now available. The primary purpose of the fee waiver program is to assist individuals, commercial entities and non-profit organizations that are producing arts, cultural and community events in the Libbey Bowl for the benefit of non-profit organizations and/or the Ojai community. Work on City’s Pavement Management Plan Begins on Monday, October 18, 2021

The City of Ojai is excited to announce the inauguration of our Pavement Management Plan. The process will begin with a street survey of Ojai’s road network beginning Monday, October 18, 2021. The street survey will assess the condition of Ojai’s streets and rank them for paving priority. Work will be undertaken at night over the course of two days to minimize traffic impacts as the vehicle needs to stop every 300 feet. The vehicle is expected to spend approximately two minutes at each location.

Ojai Day Event to Include a Free Movie at the Libbey Bowl- Saturday, October 16, 2021

Ojai Day is this Saturday (October 16, 2021), and we couldn’t be more excited! The event is going to filled with many attractions and family activities, including a FREE screening of COCO. Community members are welcome to come and enjoy a movie under the stars. There will be a food truck on site with popcorn, candy, and other tasty treats for purchase. Seating is limited and based on a first-come first-serve basis. Ghost stories by world-renowned storyteller Richard Senate are set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
