.The flash flood watch has been expanded to include much of
southeastern Santa Barbara county…all of Ventura County and all
of L.A. county except the Antelope valley…not just the burn
areas.

Rain in Ojai’s Forecast: Some Important Items to Consider

Recent weather forecasts show a possibility of rain in Ojai as soon as Monday, January 8, 2018. In anticipation of this rain, the City of Ojai would like to take this opportunity to provide some important information to residents:

Interactive Evacuation Order Map Available Online

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office of Emergency Services has created an interactive map containing detailed information on evacuation orders that were issued during the Thomas Fire. Information meetings added for CalRecycle debris removal services, January 22 deadline for Right-of-Entry forms

 


VENTURA, Calif. – Additional informational meetings have been set for residents affected by the Thomas Fire who are seeking debris removal services from CalRecycle for severely damaged/ or destroyed property. Fire victims are invited to attend whichever meeting is the most convenient as the information presented will be identical at each meeting.

 

The first meeting in Ventura will be held on Thursday, January 4 at 6pm,
