Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 21-002) for minor exterior modifications including painting the building façade and freestanding solid cover along Ojai Avenue, in the same colors as existing, including the garage doors with the murals on the façade of each, and repave the asphalt parking lot located at 996 East Ojai Avenue (Ojai Valley Imports); Assessor’s Parcel Number 022-0-161-415. The General Plan Designation is General Commercial (GC) and the Zoning Classification is Commercial (C-1).
