Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 21-008) for replacing an existing window with a folding door, for the existing restaurant “Sage Ojai” located at 217 East Matilija Street, APN: 021-0-140-220, Zone: General Commercial (C-1) District and General Plan Designation:  General Commercial (GC).

Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 21-022) for exterior painting of an existing commercial building, for the business “The Dutchess” located at 457 East Ojai Avenue, APN: 023-0-110-400, Zone: General Commercial (C-1) District and General Plan Designation:  General Commercial (GC).

Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 21-023) for exterior painting of an existing residential building, located at 208 N. Ventura Street, APN: 021-0-111-080, Zone and General Plan Designation: Village Mixed Use (VMU).

Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 21-019) to allow a conversion from commercial to live/work, an exterior mechanical equipment enclosure, and a covered pedestrian door for an existing unit within an eight unit mixed use development located in Craftsman Village at 611 Pearl Street, Unit E, with an Assessor’s Parcel Number 023-0-141-430. The General Plan Land Use Designation and Zoning Classification of the site is Village Mixed Use (VMU).
