Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 22-028) | Regarding a new 1,389 sf classroom building. The new building contains one classroom and an administrative office suite at the Ojai Valley School, located at 723 El Paseo Road, APN: 020-0-160-010, Zone Classification: P-L (Public, Quasi-Public), General Plan Designation: P (Public/Quasi-Public).

Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 23-002) to replace two existing main entry doors, and two store front windows, install an awning, and remove an unpermitted rock planter for an existing commercial building located at 602 and 606 East Ojai Avenue, APN: 022-0-140-470, Zoning Classification: General Commercial C-1 and General Plan Designation: General Commercial (GC).
