Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 21-012) to allow a Type 41 Alcohol License, which authorizes the sale of beer and wine for consumption on and off the premises where sold, interior only, and for the installation of a pedestrian door within a portion of an existing window for Pinyon Ojai (pizzeria, bakery, and, wine and beer shop) located at Fitzgerald Plaza, 423 East Ojai Avenue, Unit 101 with an Assessor’s Parcel Number 023-0-110-410. The General Plan Land Use Designation of this site is Downtown Commercial (DC) and Zoning Classification of the site is General Commercial (C-1).
