Director’s Exemption from Planning Commission Review of a Design Review Permit (DE 22-010) | for Façade Restoration and Repairs including exterior painting, cornice and design feature maintenance, window and door replacement, sign maintenance, and marquee replacement located at 145 E. Ojai Avenue, Historic Landmark No. 26, The Ojai Playhouse Theater. Assessor’s Parcel Number: 023-0-077-050.  Applicant: Bob Kupiec, Architect, and Kerry Miller, Contractor.  Property Owner: Ojai Arts Forward, LLC, David Berger.  The subject site and surrounding parcels have a General Commercial zoning designation (C-1) and is within the Thoroughfare Corridor Overlay (T-C-O) district.  The General Plan land use designation of the site is Downtown Commercial (DC).
