The City of Ojai, in partnership with Accela, Inc., has launched the City of Ojai Citizen Portal for online permit tracking. This online permit tracking system will allow the City to offer our residents, businesses and visitors access to permit tracking services online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Residents can quickly and easily search for both planning and building permits, and can track permit statuses. The permit tracking system is open to all, but residents can sign up for a user account to save searches and use certain features. The citizen portal is available by clicking here. The webpage also includes links to other City services, such as “Public Works Service Requests” and “Code Compliance” information and complaint forms.
