The California Highway Patrol (CHP), the Ventura Police Department, and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), would like to advise motorists of a full closure of the SR-33 freeway, on October 1st and October 2nd, 2019, within the westside of Ventura City. 

Warner Brothers will be filming scenes for a motion picture at this location. The CHP, in partnership with Caltrans, will close the SR-33 northbound and southbound for motorists between Stanley Avenue and Cañada Larga Road. Motorists traveling northbound on SR-33, approaching Stanley Avenue, will be diverted off the freeway onto Ventura Avenue. Motorists, traveling southbound on SR-33, approaching Cañada Larga Road, will be diverted off the freeway onto Ventura Avenue.
